I am unable to identify my pager number ?

Please contact our customer services department to provide us with the 7 digit capcode at the back of your unit, which will enable us to identify your number.

Would my pager still receive the message later, if it has been switched off ?

Unfortunately, a pager has to be switched on at all times to receive a message.

Is my pager a long range or short range ?

All PageOne pagers work throughout the United Kingdom.

Does my pager work outside of the UK ?

PageOne pagers work off our own transmitters, which are UK based only. Therefore you are unable to use any UK pagers abroad.

How much of the UK do PageOne cover ? PageOne has 98% coverage throughout the UK

How do I use my pager i.e. delete / read message? We would need to identify the pager model via the number and either email / post relevant user guide.

Why did my pager miss a message?

It was switched on and seems to be working fine. A number of different reasons could relate to the above i.e. poor coverage, low battery, faulty pager.

What do I do with my faulty pager after I have received a replacement?

All faulty pagers must be returned to PageOne or you will be invoiced for a lost pager.

If I find my lost pager can I get a credit? Provided the pager is found within 3 months of the date it was reported lost, you will be credited accordingly.

How I can we retrieve a message, which has appeared garbled on the pager?

You are able to have the message read to you or even resent, if you dial your own pager number (by dialling our 24 hour bureau service on 08700 555 500 and provide your pager number)

What are the Customer Services opening hours?

Customer Services are open from 8:30 am - 5:30pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 12pm Saturdays.

How do I cancel my contract?

We require written notification i.e. letter, email or fax (letter address to PageOne invoicing address, Fax - 0208 914 5212 or email cancellations@pageone.co.uk 15)

How do I query an invoice?

You will find a contact number at the bottom of your invoice, you will be required to provide your account number

What details do Customer Services require when dealing with general enquiries?

We would need either a pager number or capcode and possibly an account number.
