Pager Re-activation

Why has my pager become inactive?

If a pager has not been used for a prolonged period, it may have become ‘inactive’. If you have a PageOne pager that is ‘inactive’, it requires activating in order that it can be used on the PageOne Paging network.

Can my pager be re-activated?

All PageOne rental pagers can be re-activated for use on the PageOne network. If your CPP pager has not been used for a substantial period of time, the number may no longer be available.

We regret that we are unable to re-activate CPP pagers, or activate pagers from other network operators as they are incompatible with our network. In these circumstances, please contact us to discuss renting or purchasing a PageOne pager.

How do I re-activate my Pager?

To activate a pager, Contact us and provide the following information;

  • We require the pager address (usually on the rear of the pager) account number and authorisation information

If your pager can be activated, you should be able to start using your pager within a few minutes of the activation request being processed.
