Getting Started
- Your download should start automatically, if it doesn’t click here to download the plug-in and begin the install.
- Download a copy of the SMS plug-in userguide
- If you are reinstalling the software or upgrading, please ensure you fully un-install the previous version first.
Windows 7 Users
The excel plugin requires “.NET 1.1” which is not distributed with the Windows 7 operating system. As a result, any attempt to install the software will fail with an error message reporting that the Excel Plugin installation process requires “.NET 1.1”.
In order to install the Excel Plugin on Windows 7 computers, you must first install “.NET 1.1”, available from the Microsoft Download Centre. Once installed, the Excel plugin installation should continue successfully.
