We are pleased to announce that we are what3words enabled, meaning PageOne can offer the geolocation service to customers across the country!

what3words has divided the world into 3 metre squares and given each square a unique combination of three words, giving callers a simple way to describe precisely where help is needed. This provides responders with the exact information required to find and get resources to the scene faster.

This enablement enhances PageOnes’ critical alerting, resource management and multi network, multi device messaging solutions already widely used across blue-light, rescue, government, transport, education and utility sectors.

Chris Sheldrick, Co-founder and CEO, what3words, said:

We know that being able to use what3words to identify locations for emergency situations is proving incredibly effective for many services in the UK and for a growing number of emergency services in the US, Canada, Australia and Germany. Now, many more organisations in a variety of different sectors can have the ability to use precise what3words addressing to communicate locations more accurately and efficiently, saving time and resources. We look forward to working with PageOne’
